Invio mail per chiedere la disponibilità di un prodotto e mi viene detto che c' è; faccio l 'acquisto e nonostante sul sito c é scritto spedizione 2/3 giorni lavorativi non parte la spedizione allora invio mail per chiedere informazioni e non ricevo alcuna risposta ; invio whatsapp e finalmente ricevo risposta e viene inviata la merce. Arriva il giorno successivo ma non é quello ordinato allora invio mail e non ricevo risposta e in più mi blocca su whatsapp. Che delusione! Very bad. Send mail to ask for the availability of a product and I am told that there is; I make the purchase and despite the fact that on the website there is written shipping 2/3 working days the shipment does not start so I send mail to ask for information and I do not receive any reply; I send whatsapp and finally I receive a reply and the goods are sent. It arrives the next day but it is not the ordered one then I send mail and I do not receive an answer and moreover it blocks me on whatsapp. What a disappointment!

Qui sotto la mia esperienza: Ho effettuato un ordine il 14 Ottobre(mercoledì) verso mezzogiorno e subito mi sono arrivate le mail di avvento pagamento. Il 15 Ottobre mi aspettavo di ricevere una mail di avvenuta spedizione della merce, dato che sul sito c'è scritto che effettuano una spedizione rapida e la merce era disponibile. Il 15 Ottobre , verso le 13:00, decido di scrivere su whatsapp, invogliata da ciò che risulta esserci scritto sul sito " per info e ordini telefonici chiamate oppure scrivici su whatsapp" ma non ricevo risposta. Il 16 Ottobre decido di provare a telefonare ma le chiamate normali risultano bloccate, per cui effettuo una chiamata su whatsapp senza ricevere alcuna risposta. Verso le 9 ricevo un messaggio con scritto che la merce sarà spedita la prossima settimana in quanto una parte di essa è in lavorazione presso il fabbro e stanno attendendo la consegna. Il 21 Ottobre mando un messaggio su whatsapp per sapere lo stato della spedizione e non ricevo alcuna risposta. Il 23 Ottobre, dopo 2 chiamate, rispondono alla terza telefonata dicendo che il fabbro era in ritardo con le consegne. Il 29 Ottobre controllo lo stato dell'ordine sul sito e noto che è stato spedito. Scrivo per avere un numero di tracciatura e non ottengo risposta. Il 30 Ottobre ricevo una mail in mattinata in cui mi viene rilasciato il codice tracciatura. Verifico lo stato della spedizione e risulta una consegna il 29 Ottobre fallita. Il 30 Ottobre ricevo la merce. Un pacco si presenta strappato con un piede della merce che fuoriusciva dall'imballaggio. On October 15th, around 13:00, I decide to write on whatsapp, enticed by what appears to be written on the site "for info and telephone orders, call or write to us on whatsapp" but I do not receive an answer. On October 16 I decide to try to call but normal calls are blocked, so I make a call on whatsapp without receiving any response. At around 9 am I get a message that the goods will be shipped next week as part of it is being worked on at the locksmith and are awaiting delivery. On October 21st I send a message on whatsapp to find out the status of the shipment and I do not receive any reply. On October 23, after 2 calls, they answer the third call saying that the locksmith was late with deliveries. On October 29th I check the status of the order on the site and notice that it has been shipped. I write for a tracking number and get no reply. On October 30th I receive an email in the morning in which the tracking code is released. I check the status of the shipment and a delivery on October 29th has failed. On October 30th I receive the goods. A package appears torn with one foot of the goods coming out of the package.

Ero abbastanza preoccupata dopo aver letto le recensioni e invece posso attestare che i prodotti sono di eccellente qualità, belli e solidi. La spediizone ha avuto qualche giorno di ritardo per il reperimento di un prodotto non presente in magazzino ma sono stata prontamente informata. La qualità del servizio è rilevabile anche dalla cura dell"imballaggio. Ottimo tutto, lo consiglio! Just received the order. I was quite worried after reading the reviews and instead I can attest that the products are of excellent quality, beautiful and solid. The expediizone had a few days delay for finding a product not in stock but I was promptly informed. The quality of the service can also be seen in the care of the packaging. Everything is excellent, I recommend it!
