★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le mie richieste per acquistare un prodotto a cui tenevo particolarmente dal catalogo online sono state ignorate per un'intera settimana, nonostante mio contatto anche telefonico in cui il personale, a voce, mi assicurava una risposta a breve. Ben 5 richieste ma nessuna risposta, ed infine il prodotto è stato venduto ad altri. Dispiace lasciare una recensione negativa, ma ignorare del tutto un cliente (sarebbe bastato rispondere per indicare il prodotto come non disponibile o non spedibile) è un comportamento che lascia perplessi e delusi.
My requests to buy a product I particularly cared about from the online catalog were ignored for a whole week, despite my contact, even by telephone, in which the staff assured me of a short answer. As many as 5 requests but no response, and finally the product was sold to others. Sorry to leave a negative review, but completely ignoring a customer (it would be enough to answer to indicate the product as not available or not available for delivery) is a behavior that leaves us perplexed and disappointed.
