★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il prodotto è buono. Purtroppo il servizio è troppo scadente. Personale sgarbato e senza rispetto per la clientela. Arrogante e menefreghista. Non puliscono i tavoli anche se richiesto,e spesso mi sono dovuta sedere per consumare su un tavolo sporco, che ho dovuto ripulire alla meglio.

ci dispiace molto ma le ragazze sono scortesi e non professionali. Alla richiesta di venire a pulire, ci hanno risposto con strafottenza di cambiare posto. Però i posti erano tutti occupati e quindi siamo rimasti lì con la consumazione in mano fino a quando una delle tre, che si rimpallavano il lavoro, non si è scomodata a pulire con atteggiamento di sufficienza e di arroganza
 The product is good. Unfortunately the service is too poor. Rude staff and no respect for customers. Arrogant and indifferent. They do not clean the tables even if requested, and I often had to sit down to consume on a dirty table, which I had to clean up as best I could.

we are very sorry but the girls are rude and unprofessional. When asked to come and clean, they replied with arrogance to change places. However, the seats were all occupied and so we remained there with the drink in hand until one of the three, who were taking up their jobs, bothered to clean with an attitude of self-sufficiency and arrogance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vasta scelta di gusti ,ciambelle ripiene di gelato , waffel con gelato, dolciumi in genere,ecc... Prezzi nella media, a mio parere una delle migliori gelateria di Civitanova dove gustare dell'ottimo gelato artigianale. Lo consiglio.
Wide choice of tastes, donuts filled with ice cream, waffles with ice cream, sweets in general, etc. Prices in the media, in my opinion one of the best gelateria in Civitanova where you can enjoy excellent ice cream. I advise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mentre sorseggiavo un caffè mi sono ritrovata qualcosa in bocca.. ho pensato che in questo periodo non dovrebbe finire in bocca a qualcuno uno spigolo di una bustina di zucchero toccato da altri ? a quanto pare igiene e pulizia non sono al primo posto…
E COME DICE IL PROPRIETARIO NELLA RISPOSTA, anche se il ciclo a 100 gradi “tutto sterile” avrebbe fatto schifo a chiunque

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tavoli sporchi con 3 ragazze dietro al bancone, una mangiava il gelato nel frattempo, costumer service 0. La ragazza con gli occhiali non ci ha nemmeno detto un CIAO alla cassa ma ci guardava forse scocciata perchè eravamo in tanti e ci doveva servire. Che peccato perché il gelato è buono.

Sulle cummesse tutt'altro.
Sgarbate, scocciare e quasi infastidite.
È un peccato perché il gelato è davvero buono, ma la prossima volta sceglierò una gelateria dove accolgono i clienti con un po' più di gentilezza e magari anche un mezzo sorriso
I really have no complaints about the flavors of the ice cream and their goodness.
On the cummesse quite the opposite.
Rude, annoyed and almost annoyed.
It's a shame because the ice cream is really good, but next time I'll choose an ice cream shop where they welcome customers with a little more kindness and maybe even a half smile
