Ricordatevi che un cliente si dimenticherà sempre di cosa dite, di cosa fate o di quanto lo fate pagare... ma non si dimenticherà mai di come lo fate sentire. I rarely give a one-star review but Marina 4 deserves it. Rudeness is king. Remember that a customer will always forget what you say, what you do or how much you pay ... but you will never forget how you make him feel.
M	Marco Gastaldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima Marina, obsoleta e lo si vede chiaramente poi non ne parliamo del personale che ci lavora, di una maleducazione e scontrosita inaudita mancavano 10 minuti alla chiusara della pausa pranzo e stavano già chiudendo tutto. Purtroppo sono dovuto approdare per forza causa un guasto se no avrei girato la prua verso altri porti! Auch vielen Dank an die herzlichen Betreuung von Elena und dem Chef. Grazie per questo meraviglioso servizio, sono stato lì con la mia moto d'acqua e ha avuto una grande vacanza, i ragazzi sono molto cordiali, il jet è gekkrant fulmineo e sta in piedi a secco. Grazie anche alle calorose cure di Elena e del capo. Thank you for this wonderful service, I was there with my jet ski and had a great holiday, the guys are very friendly, the jet is craned at lightning speed and is dry. Also many thanks to the warm care of Elena and the boss. A	Alberto Marin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima darsena. L'ormeggio è comodo, grazie agli spazi di manovra adeguati, e alla larghezza degli spazi dedicati alle barche. La darsena è molto ordinata e pulita, gli spazi verdi sono curati. I bagni sono moderni e sempre puliti in modo impeccabile. Bravissimo Gianluca, che supervisiona il traffico e assiste i clienti. Molto efficienti e gentili le segreterie, Marta ed Elena. Ottimo il servizio del negozio. Beautiful dock. Mooring is comfortable, thanks to the adequate maneuvering space and the width of the spaces dedicated to boats. The dock is very tidy and clean, the green spaces are well kept. The bathrooms are modern and always impeccably clean. Very good Gianluca, who supervises the traffic and assists customers. The secretariats, Marta and Elena, are very efficient and kind. Excellent shop service.
