★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pescheria storica di Foligno che grazie all intuizione di Benedetta trasformato il venerdì e sabato in un ristorantino di pesce guidato in cucina da Mamma Angela che invece di sciorinare e spiegare le ricette di pesce ai propri clienti si è messa dietro i fornelli con risultati entusiasmanti semplicità è accuratezza e soprattutto la materia prima di grande qualità danno risultati eccellenti. E Umbro? Umbro e sempre colui che sceglie materia prime. Obbligo di prenotazione.

Abbiamo assaggiato, tra le altre portare, anche dei crudi di pesce e devo dire che erano veramente ottimi! Io poi ho uno stomaco MOLTO delicato e non ho avuto alcun problema quindi sulla freschezza non si discute. Molto buona e croccante anche la frittura! In più devo menzionare la cortesia eccezionale dei gestori e camerieri in una serata con dei vicini di tavolo decisamente sopra le righe. Tornerò sicuramente!
