★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata oggi a scegliere il vestito Bhe che dire...sono andata per caso anche avendo altri progetti mi hanno chiamata loro(lasciando il mio numero ad una fiera tutti sposi) e già dalla chiamata mi e piaciuta e mi sono sentita me stessa super gentilissima la collaboratrice e la titolare nn ci sono parole sono tutte persone molto gentili ti vengono incontro e cercano di accontentarti in tutti i modo infatti ho preso li il mio vestito essendo la mia prima atelier che sono andata a vedere grazie veramente di cuore

I went by chance even having other projects they called me (leaving my number at a fair all married) and already from the call I liked it and I felt super myself very kind collaborator and owner nn there are words they are all very kind people come to meet you and try to please you in every way in fact I took my dress there as it was my first atelier that I went to see thanks really from the heart

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono fortemente delusa dall'esperienza vissuta in questo atelier. Penso che sia indice di poca professionalità non accogliere e seguire una sposa che ha deciso di affidarsi ad un atelier che vanta di essere tra i migliori sul territorio.
Non è tollerabile che una sposa venga contattata solo tre giorni prima del suo matrimonio per provare l' abito scelto mesi e mesi prima, senza aver mai avuto la possibilità di indossarlo così come richiesto . Inoltre, a pochi giorni dal matrimonio nella prima prova ufficiale,l' abito non corrisponde al contratto stipulato mesi prima. A causa dei tempi stretti che separavano dalla cerimonia non è stato possibile ottenere l'abito così come era stato concordato. Di tale situazione non ci è stato nemmeno consentito confrontarci con la titolare che nel giorno del ritiro dell abito non era presente. Infine, la sposa è stata costretta a lasciare l' atelier a poche ore dal suo matrimonio senza essere assolutamente soddisfatta del suo abito pagato profumatamente.
I am strongly disappointed by the experience lived in this atelier. I think it is a sign of lack of professionalism not to welcome and follow a bride who has decided to rely on an atelier that boasts of being among the best in the area.
It is not tolerable that a bride is contacted only three days before her wedding to try on the dress chosen months and months before, without ever having had the opportunity to wear it as requested. Moreover, a few days after the wedding in the first official rehearsal, the dress does not correspond to the contract stipulated months before. Due to the tight deadline between the ceremony, it was not possible to obtain the dress as agreed. We were not even allowed to discuss this situation with the owner who was not present on the day of collection of the dress. Finally, the bride was forced to leave the studio within hours of her wedding without being absolutely satisfied with her well paid dress.

Eppure poche ore fa,dopo una telefonata fatta per un appuntamento...,ho scelto l' abito,il mio abito...anzi,ci siamo scelti.
