A	Alessio Nubio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A causa di motivi gravi di salute (cancro) ho dovuto annullare il matrimonio. Sono napoletano e vivo in Germania. Avevo solo provato vari vestiti e scelto un modello pagando l'anticipo (quasi metà del prezzo intero). Non avevo preso misure, non avevo fatto aggiusti, solo provato come si fa in ogni atelier. Ho chiamato in atelier e mi è stato detto ke nonostante tutto il vestito andava pagato per intero. Ora mi chiedo di fronte a che persona mi trovo? Il signor Domenico che di signore non ha proprio nulla, non ha voluto sapere ragioni e ha preteso l'intero importo del vestito che ovviamente è stato pagato. Lui aveva ottenuto la sua soddisfazione ma alla mia affermazione, di fare una non buona recensione è andato in escandescenza e mi ha accusato di minaccia. Io avevo solo proposto di vendere quel vestito, di tenere l'acconto, congelarlo e ke una volta guariti saremmo riandati a provare un nuovo vestito. Risposta negativa anche alla mia richiesta. Concludo che di professionale non ha nulla. Di umanità nemmeno se paragono a gesti fatti del ristorante, fotografo e tutta l'organizzazione del matrimonio. Sicuramente non metteremo più piede li. Sconsigliato pienamente. Due to serious health reasons (cancer) I had to cancel the marriage. I am Neapolitan and I live in Germany. I just tried on various dresses and chose a model by paying the advance (almost half the full price). I hadn't taken measurements, I hadn't made any adjustments, just tried how it's done in every atelier. I called the atelier and was told that despite everything the dress had to be paid for in full. Now I wonder what person am I in front of? Mr. Domenico, who has absolutely nothing of a lord, did not want to know any reasons and demanded the full amount of the dress which obviously was paid for. He had gotten his satisfaction but to my assertion, of making a bad review he went into a rage and accused me of threatening. I had only proposed to sell that dress, to keep the down payment, freeze it and once we healed we would go back to try on a new dress. Negative response to my request too. I conclude that it has nothing professional about it. Of humanity even if I compare it to gestures made by the restaurant, photographer and the entire wedding organization. We will certainly never set foot there again. Not fully recommended.
