★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è stato gentilissimo, dovevo sostituire le gomme estive con quelle invernali e mi sono presentato senza appuntamento. Dopo aver spiegato loro l'emergenza particolare che avevo hanno fatto il lavoro in meno di 20 minuti.
Questa è la grande differenza tra un negozio che pensa solo al profitto ed uno orientato al cliente.
Per loro il cliente è tutto, così dovrebbe essere per tutti, ma così purtroppo non è.
Un ringraziamento particolare alle donne della reception.
The staff was very kind, I had to replace the summer tires with the winter ones and I showed up without an appointment. After explaining to them the particular emergency I had they did the job in less than 20 minutes.
This is the big difference between a shop that only thinks about profit and one that focuses on the customer.
For them the customer is everything, so it should be for everyone, but unfortunately it is not.
Special thanks to the ladies at the reception.

I went to collect tires from a client with a proxy. They were really very kind, both the girls at the reception and the guys in the warehouse. Quick and kind they even put tires in my car. Top courtesy and professionalism!
