★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione strategica X visitare il cuore di Napoli, stanza confortevole e pulita ,colazione buona ed abbondante .Ottima accoglienza da parte del sig. Gabriel sempre disponibile X qualsiasi indicazione . Ha pure provveduto al taxi per rientro in aereoporto alle 04 del mattino .Consigliato.
 Strategic position X to visit the heart of Naples, comfortable and clean room, good and abundant breakfast. Excellent reception by Mr. Gabriel always available X any indication. He also arranged for the taxi back to the airport at 04 .Consigliato morning.

We often come from mareluna. We feel at home. Comfortable and familiar place. Mr. Carmen is always friendly and helpful. His homemade desserts then .... DELICIOUS !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parliamo dei lati positivi che sicuramente uno di questi è la posizione praticamente sei a 300 m da via Toledo e 500 m da via dei tribunali. La metro più vicina ( Università ) si trova a 400 metri. Una Volta arrivati non fatevi prendere dalla paura dell’entrata un po’ angusta però poi dentro e tutta in altra cosa. Tutto sommato stanza ampia e pulita, la nostra aveva il bagno esterno ma tutto per noi. Peccato per il personale che non parlava una parola di italiano praticamente parlava solo inglese ed è stato difficile comunicare. Per chi cerca la posizione ottima, praticamente sei in centro a Napoli, prezzi economici e per chi deve stare solo qualche notte lo consiglio. Piccola colazione la mattina.
Let's talk about the positives that certainly one of these is the location practically you are 300 m from via Toledo and 500 m from via dei tribunali. The nearest metro (University) is 400 meters away. Once you have arrived, do not be afraid of a somewhat cramped entrance, but then inside and completely elsewhere. All in all large and clean room, ours had an external bathroom but everything to ourselves. Too bad for the staff who didn't speak a word of Italian practically only spoke English and it was difficult to communicate. For those looking for an excellent location, you are practically in the center of Naples, cheap prices and for those who only have to stay a few nights I recommend it. Small breakfast in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely overprized and unfriendly staff. When I arrived there at the agreed time, I had to leave the place and wait for three more hours until I could go into the room, because the cleaning had supposedly not been finished yet. Further, the breakfast consists of some brioche and coffee, which is not really a lot given the price. When asked for a bit more coffee and bread, the lady reacted in an angry almost offended manner and told us to eat for a maximum of 15 mins, supposedly because of Covid-regulations. Further, you can only pay in cash, which they don’t inform you about beforehand and we had to literally beg for a receipt- the owner didn’t even know our name. The whole process, including sending pictures of your ID via WhatsApp and the whole communication via it, is kinda privacy invading and uncomfortable. It just seems like they don’t care.
Also the room smelled like canalisation, I guess there was something broken.
So all in all, the Location is great, that is a fact, however the rest is not really worth the money. Would not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the hotel partly because of the good reviews on Booking.Com. Unfortunately, except for the very good location, we can not report a nice stay. The "rich buffet" consists of counted croissants and other, also counted rolls with jam, juice and coffee - A typical Italian breakfast, but not what we expected in the description. We had two rooms, unfortunately in one of them it smelled obnoxious.
The staff has been unfriendly to us and told us that you are not allowed to have breakfast longer than 15 min for corona protection. Quite a stress, without reason, since the guests after us were only at 09.00 in the breakfast room. At booking.com is also only the speech of no credit card payment. When paying in cash we had to beg for a receipt and it was not even clear to the person who is paying here.
We are disappointed and can not recommend the B&B.
