Il giorno prima mi accorgo che il radiatore perde, il vaso è vuoto, quindi faccio un rabbocco e alla consegna avviso di questo fatto e chiedo se possono dare un'occhiata.
Mi chiamano al pomeriggio: "la macchina è a posto". Vado a prenderla e chiedo cosa avesse il radiatore. "Aspetta che chiedo" *gira tutta l'officina "non so cosa avesse ma l'hanno guardata ed è tutto a posto"
Esco.
Arrivo a casa.
Sotto gocciola e il vaso è di nuovo vuoto.
Se avete bisogno solo del timbro sul libretto vanno benissimo, altrimenti trovate un'altra officina...

The day before I notice that the radiator is leaking, the vessel is empty, so I do a topping up and on delivery I notice this fact and ask if they can take a look.
They call me in the afternoon: "the car is fine". I'm going to get it and ask what the radiator had. "Wait, I ask" * runs the whole workshop "I don't know what it was but they looked at it and it's all right"
I go out.
I arrive home.
Under it drips and the jar is empty again.
If you only need the stamp in the booklet, they are fine, otherwise you will find another workshop ...
