★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da dimenticare e soprattutto da non ripetere. Nessuna attenzione e accoglienza. Io credo che il personale di un negozio si debba sforzare di rispondere alle richieste e, se si trova in un momento di affollamento del negozio, che poi in questo momento è comunque relativo vista la situazione di emergenza sanitaria, dovrebbe sapersi porgere con gentilezza verso un cliente che chiede aiuto e non rispondere ad una richiesta di aiuto con un netto rifiuto. Evidentemente in questo negozio si preferisce curare e mantenere i vecchi clienti e non acquistarne di nuovi.
Experience to forget and above all not to be repeated. No attention and welcome. I believe that the staff of a shop should try to respond to requests and, if they find themselves in a crowded moment of the shop, which at this moment is however relative given the health emergency situation, they should know how to reach out with kindness towards a customer asking for help and not responding to a request for help with a clear refusal. Obviously, in this shop we prefer to take care of and keep old customers and not buy new ones.
