Uma vibe super positiva, ótimo prá família também! Super Recomendo! I've been 2 times and will be back more! Everything very clean and the quality is top. The furniture is contemporary and is on the beach side! A super positive vibe, great for the family too! Super Recommend!

Lasciatevi accompagnare dalla mancata puntualità del personale e dalla scortesia del titolare. Abbiamo prenotato il soggiorno di due notti in camera matrimoniale tramite booking, le foto dei balconi e della colazione purtroppo non rispecchiano la realtà. La stanza era senza tende e di conseguenza senza privacy, il balcone in totale caos e senza affaccio panoramico ma sulle macerie di probabili lavori, infine la colazione con le merendine del supermercato e una colomba come ricordo della Pasqua appena trascorsa. Purtroppo i disguidi possono succedere, soprattutto durante la bassa stagione e quindi periodi poco frequentati ma che dire di una risposta cortese o un semplice SCUSATECI? Troppo semplice.. meglio lasciare i clienti appena arrivati (in orario già segnalato e rispettato) ad attendere nella hall 30 minuti e per giunta accompagnati in una stanza senza una sedia né alcuna comodità per appendere dei semplici asciugamani. Concludo con un caro grazie per la particolare SCORTESIA del titolare che inveiva furiosamente al telefono rimproverandoci delle nostre lamentele infondate in quanto sono votati come i migliori, sono gli unici ad avere 9 su booking tra le strutture di Fiumefreddo. Avranno anche 9 ma di certo la professionalità e la cura dei clienti non è il loro forte. Siamo letteralmente scappati dopo il primo giorno e non è un'esperienza da ripetere. "9 points on booking .. a total disappointment !!!" How to describe the ruin of an anniversary? Let yourself be accompanied by the failure of the staff punctuality and the rudeness of the owner. We booked a two-night stay in a double room through booking, the photos of the balconies and of the breakfast unfortunately do not reflect reality. The room had no curtains and therefore no privacy, the balcony in total chaos and no scenic views but on probable works rubble, finally the breakfast snacks supermarket and a dove as a reminder of this past Easter. Unfortunately, mistakes can happen, especially during the low season and therefore periods that are not very popular, but what about a courteous answer or a simple EXCUSE? Too simple .. just better to let customers already arrived (on time indicated and respected) to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes and come together in a room without a chair or any comfortable for hanging towels simple. I conclude with a dear thanks for the particular rudeness of the owner who railed furiously blaming us to phone our complaints unfounded as they are rated as the best, are the only ones with 9 of booking between Fiumefreddo structures. They will also have 9 but certainly the professionalism and customer care is not their forte. We literally ran away after the first day and it's not a repeat experience.

Abbiamo scelto una camera con angolo cottura. La struttura è molto vicina al mare, il personale e il titolare sono professionali, i locali curati e puliti. Colazione di qualità Highly recommended by friends we chose this bb. We were very happy because there are certain needs with young children. We chose a room with a kitchenette. The property is very close to the sea, the staff and the owner are professional, manicured and clean rooms. Quality breakfast

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti da pulizia, cortesia e organizzazione. Mare vicino cristallino, spiagge immense, zona tranquilla. Ritorneremo sicuramente per periodo più lungo. Grazie ancora . We passed in this structure by chance for one night only. Found at the last minute as a support in the area. We were pleasantly impressed with cleanliness, courtesy and organization. Crystal clear sea near, immense beaches, quiet area. We will definitely be returning for longer. Thanks again .

I stayed in this b and b for 3 days in July, I realized I had the shower that didn't work and the answer was yes I knew it as soon as possible I have it replaced, I left and the shower still doesn't work.

La camera al piano terra inizialmente mi ha un poco spaventata avendo io una bimba piccola , temevo per l’aria troppo fresca ma dopo il consiglio datomi da loro ( apertura finestre e condizionatore con gradi maggiori ) la mia preoccupazione è svanita ! La colazione è abbondante tra crostare , sbriciolata cappuccino , caffè , nutella , marmellata , fette biscottate e tanto altro ! Le camere sono pulite e tenute bene! Fornite di detersivo e altro per una pulizia propria e nonostante ciò ogni tre giorni passano loro a pulirla. Servizio lavanderia perfetto ! Nel caso ti urge asciugare quanto prima i panni c’è anche L’asciugatrice ! Vicinissimo al mare , e al lido ape maya ! Sono anni che frequento questa costa , ma di sicuro ora so dove appoggiarmi anche solo per un breve periodo ! Complimenti allo staff e alla gentilezza dell’accoglienza ! Sempre disponibile al telefono !! Grazie di cuore ! I got the room before the scheduled time and after a long journey believe me this flexibility is really to be appreciated. The room on the ground floor initially scared me a little because I had a small child, I was afraid for the air to be too fresh but after the advice given by them (opening windows and air conditioner with higher degrees) my concern vanished! The breakfast is abundant between toast, crumbled cappuccino, coffee, nutella, jam, rusks and much more! The rooms are clean and well kept! Provided with detergent and more for their own cleaning and nevertheless every three days they pass them to clean it. Perfect laundry service! In case you need to dry the clothes as soon as possible, there is also a dryer! Very close to the sea, and to the Mayan ape beach! I've been going to this coast for years, but for sure now I know where to lean on, even if only for a short time! Congratulations to the staff and the kindness of the welcome!
