Il dolce "Roche" è molto dolce, zucchero in abbondanza perciò si presenta molto bene ma potrebbe risultare stucchevole mentre il panettone di Natale è buono (vari gusti disponibili). Il risultato finale è stato incredibile, perché la torta era esattamente come ce la aspettavamo, precisa e identica a come ce l'aveva descritta. Il gusto, poi, era strepitoso, assolutamente incredibile, e anche lì siamo stati contenti del riscontro positivo che abbiamo avuto dai nostri ospiti. Tutti i complimenti li abbiamo girati a lui, che è diventato il nostro pasticcere di fiducia e ci rivolgeremo sicuramente a lui ancora in futuro per le nostre occasioni speciali. Dealing with Marcello was a unique experience: on the first date he put us at ease, and he immediately understood what kind of cake we would like, directing us to what he thought were the best choices based on our ideas. ; when he prepared the tastings for us, we realized that our wedding cake was hidden among them! The final result was incredible, because the cake was exactly as we expected, precise and identical to how he described it. The taste was amazing, absolutely incredible, and even there we were happy with the positive feedback we received from our guests. We have given all the compliments to him, who has become our trusted pastry chef and we will certainly turn to him again in the future for our special occasions.

Mi sento di consigliarlo a chiunque, soprattutto in vista di un grande evento. È una persona gioviale che cerca di assecondare in ogni modo i gusti sia estetico sia degustativi del committente. La mia torta era una base di Pan di Spagna con bagna al Malibu' e ripieno di chantilly al mango con cubetti di mango, ricoperta di panna.Buonissima e leggera. I met Marcello as a cake designer by chance on the occasion of my wedding (because of an agreement with the restaurant we used). I can recommend it to anyone, especially in view of a big event. He is a jovial person who tries to satisfy both the aesthetic and tasting tastes of the client in every way. My cake was a sponge cake base with Malibu sauce and mango chantilly filling with mango cubes, covered with cream. Very good and light.
