★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questa sede lavora tale Moreno Bertoni, che si è ripetutamente dimostrato incapace e probabilmente colluso con le categorie dalle quali dovrebbe, a suo dire, tutelare chi gli si rivolge. Raccoglie dati, documenti e informazioni per poi sparire e non rispondere a chiamate o messaggi. In pratica un imboscato ruba stipendio. Meglio evitare di averci a che fare, visto che manca totalmente di chiarezza e si pavoneggia dietro un mare di belle, quanto false ed inutili promesse e parole.
