Alle 15:20 una signora (presumo una commessa) dall’interno del negozio si è avvicinata alla porta d’ingresso e ha girato la chiave, ho subito pensato che gentilmente ci stesse aprendo per farci entrare ma, quando ho provato ad aprire la porta era ancora chiusa. Dopo ciò con molta arroganza la signora è tornata in dietro e ha sbattuto il dito con violenza sul vetro per indicarci che l’orario d’apertura era alle 15:30. Aspettare altri 10 minuti non ci sarebbe costato niente ma la sua arroganza e i suoi pessimi modi di fare ci hanno infastidito molto…ce ne siamo andate subito, non siete l’unico negozio di articoli sportivi. We arrived in front of the store at 3.10pm and waited for it to open. At 15:20 a lady (I assume a saleswoman) from inside the shop approached the front door and turned the key, I immediately thought she was kindly opening us to let us in but, when I tried to open the door it was still closed. After that, with a lot of arrogance, the lady went back and slammed her finger violently on the glass to indicate that the opening time was at 15:30. Waiting another 10 minutes would have cost us nothing but his arrogance and his bad ways of doing things bothered us a lot ... we left immediately, you are not the only sporting goods store.
