Offrono un servizio caro pur essendo scontato. Cartelli appesi incasinate manca loro san dove va la merce.. Son di Cesena è di sicuro non darò più neanche 1€... Giving a star is too much. Rude staff especially the way of speaking is rude and very unpleasant. I refer to the 40-year-old staff up. They offer an expensive service while being discounted. Dopo oggi non metto più piede in questo negozio : Mi metto in fila alla cassa, dopo che la signora davanti a me ha fatto, metto la spessa sulla cassa e la commessa se ne va! Senza ne guardarmi ne farmi capire che è chiusa e il negozio pieno di gente essendo sabato mattina. E stata molto scortese, avevo il bimbo di 7 mesi in mano il carello della spesa ho dovuto spostare tutto.... I often go to this shop having a small child! Mi arriva la mail che mi comunica che ho raggiunto un buono sconto, il giorno successivo mi reco in negozio per usufruire di tale buono e magicamente c'è stato un errore nel sistema ed il buono non è fruibile perché la raccolta punti è finita e c'è stato un errore del computer. È capitato ad altri ma non hanno risolto la questione. Come "illudere la gente". 2. Regalo per una lista nascita, acquisto fatto online, importo notevole, la mail che comunicava l'acquisto alla coppia è stata inviata dopo 3 settimane, dopo che ho chiamato diverse volte e sono passata in negozio per sollecitare. 3. Regali ricevuti per la nascita del mio bimbo, è un bimbo che veste più della sua età, purtroppo ho dovuto cambiare un paio di articoli ma non ho mai trovato disponibilità nelle taglie, magazzino poco fornito. Sicuramente le prossime volte andrò di fronte dove ricevo sempre un altro tipo di trattamento! Very disappointed! Set a parte ( set pappa) della baby hug prenotato a luglio arrivato in ritardo a metà settembre dopo che li ho tartassati di chiamate. Mia mamma ha acquistato un lettino da loro, co sleeeper con misure diverse rispetto a quelli standard (60105) e di questo lettino in merito aspetto ancora le relative lenzuoline da più di 2 mesi. Mi hanno dato le lenzuola standard e essendo più grande il mio bimbo leva gli angoli dal materasso e si porta il lenzuolo in faccia. Loro hanno scaricato la colpa sulla ditta che non gliele fa arrivare peccato che ho chiamato 2 volte la ditta e entrambe le volte mi è stato detto che non le hanno mai ordinate. Ogni volta che chiamo e mi lamento loro non se ne curano e mi passano ogni volta una collega diversa. Io non ci metterò più piede. Sono totalmente menefreghisti almeno con me si sono comportati malissimo soprattutto in merito a questo lettino. One star is too much. Birth list made in advance and material that never arrived.
