S	Samuele Forte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato una chitarra PRS CE-24 veramente messa male, l'hanno completamente trasformata in una chitarra che sembra nuova, le tempistiche sono state un po lunghe a causa delle pessime condizioni della chitarra che hanno portato alcuni problemi ma che sono stati risolti al meglio. Se ne avrò necessita mi affiderò di nuovo a loro. I brought a really bad PRS CE-24 guitar, they completely transformed it into a guitar that looks new, the timing was a bit long due to the poor condition of the guitar which led to some problems but which were solved in the best way . If I need it, I will rely on them again.

Non hanno cercato di vendermi cose in più oltre al minimo indispensabile per completare le mie richieste. In poco tempo hanno sistemato un problema al manico e sostituito altri due componenti. Tutto nella massima trasparenza. Mi era capitato di andare da altre persone che invece hanno tentato di aggiungere più lavori possibili inventando difetti o problemi inesistenti. Con loro no! Gli ho mostrato la chitarra hanno individuato subito il problema al manico e hanno fatto un lavoro eccellente ad un prezzo onesto. Hanno visionato altre parti e componenti e mi hanno detto con assoluta trasparenza che non era ancora ora di sostituirli perché non avrei ottenuto praticamente nulla in più. Li ringrazio per la loro onestà e se mai dovessi avere di nuovo problemi torno diretto da loro. Grazie ? È così che si lavora! Good guys, super-competent I was able to recommend well. Manca il ghost fret, le misure della base di appoggio del manico non corrispondono con quelle del sito e c'è una piccola scheggiatura all'altezza del capotasto.Mi era stato promesso un rimborso sul ghost fret mancante ma non l'ho mai ricevuto.forse sono uno degli utenti sfortunati data la media alta delle recensioni. Data la risposta del proprietario ora sarò più preciso. L'ordine al quale faccio riferimento è quello di due anni fa all'epoca vi ho contattato via mail. In quel frangente qualcuno del vostro staff mi ha contattato telefonicamente per riferirmi che il ghost fret è quella procedura di otturazione ,dello slot dove viene alloggiato il fret, tramite applicazione di cera colorata. Invece il ghost fret consiste nel effettuare un taglio più corto dello slot in modo da lasciare legno massello ai bordi del manico .In sostanza mi ha preso per i fondelli. I am definitely not satisfied with the neck that was delivered to me. The ghost fret is missing, the neck support base measurements do not match those of the site and there is a small chip at the nut. I was promised a refund on the missing ghost fret but never received it. maybe I'm one of the unlucky users given the high average of the reviews. Given the owner's response I will now be more precise. The order to which I refer is that of two years ago at the time I contacted you by email. At that juncture, someone of your staff contacted me by phone to report that the ghost fret is that procedure of filling the slot where the fret is housed, by applying colored wax. Instead the ghost fret consists of making a shorter cut than the slot in order to leave solid wood at the edges of the neck. Basically it took me by the bottoms.
