An embarrassing experience: I see on the brand's website that they are resellers, I decide to go and try on the shoes. After taking a tour I see that they only have one model of the two (seen online) that I liked, so I ask a saleswoman if she could help me. Not finding where she was, the saleswoman asks a colleague for help. Noticing some shoe boxes out of place, the colleague (with red hair) begins to get irritated by saying to the other "we should cut our hands, then they would be in order". I ALLIBITA. Okay, since there is no number, I tell the first order that I needed it if I could at least try another model of the brand (since I had never bought one before). The colleague (with red hair), as I turn to point to a model, approaches the saleswoman's ear and whispers something from the series "if you don't buy, don't try". I ALLIBITA. But I go on, to which when I show the model to try on, the shop assistant is abruptly interrupted by another colleague who calls her screaming 3 times from the center of the shop. The saleswoman tells me, wait for me to come back. In 15 minutes no one has returned, what a coincidence .... At which I find another lady and finally try two models that unfortunately did not convince me. While I was reflecting looking at the shoes on the displays, I open the image of the dress to match the shoes on the phone to imagine them matched, when another saleswoman coming out from behind says to me: "no pictures are taken here eh" to which (black as the devil because such a poor / embarrassing / offensive and arrogant service has NEVER happened to me) I turn around and answer “but to you it looks like a hell of an open camera? Does it look like he's taking pictures? But he doesn't see that it's the image of the dress I'm trying to match shoes ". (As if one needs to take the photos there when hey, there are websites, welcome to 2022). Dazed, I leave the shop.
