Dopo avergli spiegato nei dettagli quale fosse la nostra idea (fiori calle bianche e addobbi per la chiesa, centro tavola, allestimento villa, bouquet,ecc) Marco risponde che nel giro di 2 settimane ci avrebbe mandato il email con tutto dettagliato. A metà ottobre non avendo avuto ancora risposta torniamo in negozio e lui scusandosi ci dice che nel giro di pochi giorni avrebbe provveduto. Niente anche stavolta! Il teatrino si è ripetuto anche a novembre dicembre gennaio; ogni volta la scusa era diversa (devo allestire per il Natale, abbiamo molto da lavorare, ecc) con sempre la promessa che entro 3-4 giorni ci avrebbe mandato il preventivo. Stufi e delusi del comportamento menefreghista e non professionale il 26 gennaio ci rechiamo nuovamente in negozio dicendogli che non volevamo più essere presi in giro con promesse vane. Marco risponde con le sue solite scuse già sentite e la solita frase 3-4 giorni arriverà Finalmente arriva il famoso preventivo scritto via whatsapp in modo approssimato senza prezzi con scritto "scelta di fiori di stagione di colore rosa beige e verde", facendoci capire che fosse stato fatto a caso senza avere la più pallida idea di cosa avessimo concordato a settembre. Alla faccia della professionalità! Fed up and disappointed with the careless and unprofessional behavior on January 26th we go back to the shop telling him that we no longer wanted to be fooled with vain promises. Con orari di apertura giusti e giorni..... secondo me se la tira un po' troppo. Ci sono altri negozi come il suo.... Dopo essere stati di persona nel negozio e aver discusso in dettaglio degli allestimenti floreali del matrimonio ci siamo lasciati con l'accordo che il Sig. Marco ci avrebbe inviato il preventivo entro due settimane. Passato un mese sollecitiamo telefonicamente più e più volte per poter ricevere il preventivo. Ad oggi, sono passati ben due mesi e nessun preventivo ci è stato ancora inviato. Ragion per cui siamo stati costretti a scegliere un altro fioraio sempre a Maranello che per gli stessi allestimenti ci ha inviato il preventivo dopo soli 3 giorni. Alla faccia della professionalità. Il negozio del Sig. Marco potrà pure essere rinomato ed esclusivo, ma prima di ogni altra cosa deve esserci l'educazione ed il rispetto verso le persone.
