★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto fare la corona e il bouquet per la laurea. A parte il prezzo esagerato, sono rimasta veramente delusa perché non hanno seguito per nulla le mie indicazioni. Hanno fatto proprio quello che avevo esplicitamente chiesto di NON fare. Delusa.
I had the crown and bouquet made for graduation. Apart from the exaggerated price, I was really disappointed because they didn't follow my directions at all. They did just what I explicitly asked NOT to do. Disappointed.

Contattata telefonicamente per chiedere informazioni per una consegna senza mai essere stato in negozio, penso la proprietaria molto gentilmente mi ha spiegato come funziona il servizio e spiegato il metodo di pagamento....fatto tutto con whatsapp in tempo record 5 minuti tra pagamento e info per la consegna.Mi ha spedito anche le foto del mazzo preparato che era veramente bello....confermato anche da chi lo ha ricevuto.
Gentilezza e professionalità top sicuramente da consigliare e da riprovare .

Contacted by phone to ask for information for a delivery without ever having been in the shop, I think the owner very kindly explained to me how the service works and explained the payment method .... done all with whatsapp in record time 5 minutes between payment and info for delivery. He also sent me photos of the prepared deck which was really nice .... also confirmed by whoever received it.
Top kindness and professionalism definitely worth recommending and trying again.
