Sempre aggiornati sulle nuove tendenze sanno cogliere al volo le richieste delle clienti. Sono bravi, competenti e con grande talento. Tengono molto alla pulizia ed il loro personale è altrettanto bravo e preparato. È un piacere trascorrere del tempo da loro, facendosi coccolare per un po' e con la certezza di ricevere un trattamento al top. Li consiglio vivamente anche a chi è convinto di avere un capello difficile da trattare, perché hanno pazienza e competenza insieme. Marco and Carmen are young hairdressers but already with experience to sell. Always up to date on new trends, they know how to seize customer requests on the fly. It is a pleasure to spend time with them, being pampered for a while and with the certainty of receiving a top treatment. Non avevo mai fatto colorazioni "audaci", con loro ho cambiato il mio castano scuro in un rame caldo e sensuale che mi da molta luminosità. Risultato perfetto, ho ricevuto complimenti da tutti e ho pagato un prezzo davvero onesto ed equo per il servizio che ho ricevuto. Alla prossima ragazzi, grazie ancora! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! Qualche settimana fa ho deciso di voler schiarire leggermente i capelli lasciando la mia base naturale...a malincuore l’esperienza non è stata positiva come le precedenti. Durante l’asciugatura avevo notato che il colore del ciuffo era molto più chiaro e differente rispetto a quello delle punte, così ho chiesto parere alla ragazza (di cui non dirò il nome) che stava facendo la piega e mi ha risposto che era una mia impressione magari dovuta anche alle luci per cui non ho insistito non essendo del mestiere. Morale della favola una settimana dopo, rientrata alla mia residenza, vedendomi con mia zia parrucchiera mi ha confermato che i colori tra ciuffo e punte erano totalmente differenti e sembrava avessi i capelli di tre colori. Do 3 stelle perché avrei preferito un sincero mea culpa perché magari certe cose possono capitare. Da cliente preferirei la sincerità per potermi fidare dei professionisti a cui mi affido, soprattutto se avevo notato questo “errore”. Sbaglio mio forse non aver chiarito questo dubbio direttamente con Marco (titolare del negozio). I went several times for the cut and I have always had a good time, nice and friendly staff. A few weeks ago I decided I wanted to lighten my hair slightly, leaving my natural base ... reluctantly, the experience was not as positive as the previous ones. During the drying I noticed that the color of the tuft was much lighter and different than that of the tips, so I asked the opinion of the girl (whose name I will not say) who was doing the fold and she replied that it was mine impression perhaps also due to the lights for which I have not insisted not being of the trade. Moral of the story a week later, when I returned to my residence, seeing me with my hairdresser aunt, she confirmed that the colors between the tuft and tips were totally different and it seemed I had three colors of hair. I give 3 stars because I would have preferred a sincere mea culpa because maybe certain things can happen. As a client I would prefer sincerity to be able to trust the professionals I rely on, especially if I had noticed this "mistake". My mistake, perhaps I have not clarified this doubt directly with Marco (owner of the shop).
