Unico appunto: un giorno mi recai al suo negozio, come sempre dopo aver fissato l'appuntamento telefonicamente, e mi disse di dover spostare il taglio al giorno successivo perchè era periodo di carnevale ed aveva molti tagli per bambini da fare: posso anche capirlo ma sarebbe stato corretto da parte sua telefonarmi prima per avvertirmi invece di farmi andare li inutilmente. Suggerisco maggiore attenzione in questi casi, è importante gestire bene la questione appuntamenti e non mettere in difficoltà i clienti. Per il resto tutto ok, lo consiglio.
The boy is good at his job, precise, attentive, he knows how to listen to requests, is professional, kind and nice. Only note: one day I went to his shop, as always after making an appointment by phone, and he told me that he had to move the cut to the next day because it was carnival period and he had many cuts for children to do: I can also understand it but it would have been fair for him to call me first to warn me instead of letting me go there unnecessarily. I suggest more attention in these cases, it is important to manage the dating issue well and not to put customers in difficulty. For the rest everything is ok, I recommend it.

Locale pulito.
Fantastico poi il sistema a prenotazione, anche tramite app, che riduce i tempi di attesa drasticamente a pochi minuti, nulla a confronto con altri barbieri che si può attendere anche due ore.
Non lo cambierei con nessun altro barbiere.
