L'ufficio si trova direttamente sul porto di Villanova e c'è sempre qualcuno. Grandi lavoratori! Se ci sono problemi con il tempo e il mare sono loro a sconsigliarti di usicre e Ti propongono date alternative, secondo il meteo che verificano di persona. We had a great time. Beautiful boats and above all comfortable. Marco and his team are very helpful and professional, precise and punctual. The office is located directly on the port of Villanova and there is always someone. Great workers! If there are problems with the weather and the sea, they advise against using us and offering you alternative dates, according to the weather conditions that occur in person. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fait un ballade sympa, capture des derniers rayons de soleil avant le départ. La mer etait belle, le bâteau était propre.
Mais il n'y avait pas grand chose à voir. Nous n'avons pas été jusqu'au grottes.
We had a nice walk, catching the last rays of the sun before departure. The sea was beautiful, the boat was clean.
But there wasn't much to see. We haven't been to the caves.

Rientrati in porto quasi due ore prima, con tre bambine, con grande fatica per il mare mosso, abbiamo pagato per intero il noleggio (120 euro) e il relativo carburante. Tutto come da contratto, ci mancherebbe, ma ci saremmo aspettati un diverso trattamento anche perché, per quanto il mare sia imprevedibile, le previsioni di solito, per chi è del mestiere, si conoscono in anticipo. La gita è comunque consigliata perché il posto merita e anche la qualità del noleggio.

Everything as per contract, God forbid, but we would have expected a different treatment also because, although the sea is unpredictable, the forecasts usually, for those in the trade, are known in advance. The trip is still recommended because the place deserves and also the quality of the rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo fatto una gita con la nostra famiglia composta da 3 bambini. L'organizzazione ed il posto sono impeccabili e molto curati, staff molto valido. Unica pecca, poco dopo l'uscita con il motoscafo il mare è diventato molto mosso ed agitato, per cui siano dovuti rientrare prima perché la situazione era diventata pericolosa ( (lo staff stesso ci ha invitato a farlo, telefonandoci). Quindi abbiamo goduto del noleggio pagato interamente, solo per una minima parte. Ci saremmo aspettati una riduzione della quota pagata, visto che il servizio non è stato goduto per intero ed invece abbiamo pagato tutto interamente, compresa la benzina (10 litri per il tragitto svolto). È ovvio che la struttura non può prevedere nel dettaglio le condizioni del mare ma non è giusto che poi l'imprevisto ricada tutto sul cliente, senza nessuna agevolazione. In questi casi bisognerebbe prevedere almeno un rimborso parziale.
We went on a trip with our family of 3 children. The organization and the place are impeccable and well cared for, very good staff. The only flaw, shortly after leaving the motorboat the sea became very rough and agitated, so they had to return earlier because the situation had become dangerous ((the staff themselves invited us to do so by calling us). rental paid in full, only for a small part. We would have expected a reduction in the amount paid, since the service was not fully enjoyed and instead we paid for everything in full, including petrol (10 liters for the journey). that the structure cannot predict the sea conditions in detail but it is not right that the unexpected will fall entirely on the customer, without any facilitation In these cases, at least a partial refund should be provided.
