We took advantage of the transfer between the airport and our holiday village and were very satisfied with the quality of the service offered. Very professional and also available for other types of services (car rental or accompanied excursions). Certainly to be recommended.

Ci aspettavamo all’arrivo un driver professionale con un Mercedes e si è presentato lui in ritardo con una Fiat punto. Nel tragitto verso Borgo Egnazia ci ha fortemente sconsigliato di andare a Polignano a mare secondo lui meta sopravvalutata. Avevamo transfer prenotato per le 23.30 da borgo egnazia ad Ostuni, avendo fatto un po’ di ritardo abbiamo ricevuto chiamate insulti e quasi siamo rimasti a piedi perché lui non poteva aspettare noi (ovviamente il pagamento era già stato effettuato in anticipo, siamo quasi rimasti a a piedi nonostante si fosse preso già i soldi del ritorno). Durante il tragitto Antonio non ha proferito parola e guidava come un pazzo velocissimo verso la meta. E per finire una volta arrivati a destinazione ci ha chiesto 30/40€ in più per il disagio. Orrore. Mai visto servizio più pessimo di questo. FORTEMENTE SCONSIGLIATO. Ci ha rovinato una serata romantica. Mai piú! THE WORST DRIVER I HAVE EVER HAD. Antonio was the most disrespectful and rude person I have ever met. We expected a professional driver with a Mercedes on arrival and he showed up late with a Fiat Punto. On the way to Borgo Egnazia he strongly advised us not to go to Polignano a mare, according to him an overrated destination. We had a transfer booked for 11.30 pm from Borgo Egnazia to Ostuni, having been a bit late we received insulting calls and we almost remained on foot because he could not wait for us (obviously the payment had already been made in advance, we almost stayed at feet even though he had already taken the money back). During the journey Antonio did not say a word and drove like a madman very fast towards the goal. And finally, once we arrived at our destination, he asked us for an extra 30/40 € for the inconvenience. Horror. Never seen worse service than this. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED. It ruined a romantic evening for us. Never again!
