Hanno dimostrato grande attenzione al cliente
We had a problem for a pantry door: although 9 years had passed since the purchase and therefore the warranty had expired, they provided us with all possible assistance, they made a modification without charging us anything. They showed great customer focus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queste sono fotografie della mia cucina Marchi comprata tre anni fa. Hanno già sostituito altri due sportelli sempre rovinati così, dicono perché la cappa crea troppa condensa. La cappa è stata venduta con la cucina chiaramente, progettata da Marchi Cucine e acquistata tramite un loro concessionario a Roma, Matera Arredi; stiamo aspettando che qualcuno si degni di venire a sostituire la cappa (premesso che questo sia il problema e non le finiture degli sportelli) quanti ne dovremmo sostituire ancora??? Per ciò che abbiamo pagato per questa cucina consiglio a tutti di andare da un altro produttore. Hanno un servizio scarso, nessuno di Marchi si è mai interessato in contattarci dopo le varie sostituzioni e ancora aspettiamo una soluzione definitiva al nostro grande problema.
These are photographs of my Marchi kitchen bought three years ago. They have already replaced two other doors always ruined like this, they say because the hood creates too much condensation. The hood was sold with the kitchen clearly designed by Marchi Cucine and purchased through their dealer in Rome, Matera Arredi; we are waiting for someone to deign to come and replace the hood (assuming that this is the problem and not the door finishes) how many more should we replace ??? For what we paid for this kitchen I recommend everyone to go to another manufacturer. They have a poor service, none of Brands has ever been interested in contacting us after the various replacements and we are still waiting for a definitive solution to our big problem.
