Potrebbero almeno aggiungere, alla spedizione, del materiale allo scopo (bustina , coccardina...). Considerato il periodo natalizio, mi sembra una grave mancanza.
They do not offer the possibility of gift wrapping for online purchases.
They could at least add, to the shipment, some material for the purpose (sachet, coccardina ...). Considering the Christmas period, it seems to me a serious lack.
