La lista delle cose che sono stati in grado di fare varia dal prendersi la libertà di far laccare un mobile senza che nessuno glielo avesse chiesto al consegnare delle mattonelle diverse da quelle ordinate, dare un rubinetto non adatto al lavandino, non inserire nell'ordine il 30% del materiale necessario (sifoni, geberit, rubinetteria varia). La risposta "e chi se ne frega" penso dia la misura dell'arroganza, della maleducazione e dell'incompetenza del personale che scalda la sedia in questo negozio (perché questo non è lavorare). L'errore è "del cliente che non controlla", non loro. Per non parlare del danno economico. Per la loro superficialità ci ho rimesso almeno 400 euro per tutto il materiale che non avevano considerato. Leggendo alcune precedenti recensioni credo di aver fatto bene ad andarmene senza acquistare nulla. Per chi cerca precisione, cortesia e cura per il cliente questo posto è da dimenticare, fatta eccezione per il signore che si occupa delle consegne. Il materiale consegnato per il bagno, tra l'altro arrivato incompleto, non corrispondeva a quello scelto, nella fattispecie il piano del lavandino ed il mobile. Per cambiarlo con quello corretto hanno preteso il pagamento di una penale, peccato che poi il mobiletto sbagliato non lo hanno cambiato ma lo hanno rimesso in vendita in negozio quindi la penale per loro è stata solo un guadagno, tanto è che non hanno voluto rilasciarci nessuna ricevuta in merito, minacciando anche di riconsegnare il mobile sbagliato nel caso in cui non avessimo pagato la penale. Ci hanno raggirati anche sul prezzo, escludendo dal totale l'acconto già dato di 700 euro. Si dice che il cliente ha sempre ragione, tranne da Marcellini ceramiche, dove anche se ha ragione deve pagare per la loro scorrettezza e/o distrazione. Bad. La scelta dei prodotti e dei marchi è veramente ampia, ho trovato tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno per la ristrutturazione di casa, comprese le porte e gli infissi. Ristrutturare un bagno non è cosa da poco e se permettono le scelte vanno ponderate bene. I prezzo non sembrano tra l'altro particolarmente competitivi. Sconsigliato a chi cerca cortesia e attenzione al cliente. Invece la capacità commerciale e l’attenzione di Laura ci ha fatto voltare su questo negozio per l’intera fornitura del materiale per la ristrutturazione dei nostri 2 bagni. In particolare ci ha colpito l’attenzione al cliente e la dedizione nel post-vendita di Laura che si è sempre dimostrata disponibile e aperta a trovare eventuali soluzioni in corso d’opera.
