Stanza ghiacciata tipo Siberia
Personale inadempiente
Condizionatore guasto dopo quasi un'ora di funzionamento e ancora peggio il fatto che se si prova ad riscaldare la stanza i KW in più li avrei dovuti pagare a parte mai sentito una cosa del genere.
TV non sintonizzata.
Per chiudere visto che dopo nemmeno di due ore di permanenza decido di andarmene da questo incubo la reception mi informa che l'acconto dato pari a tre giorni di permanenza su sette nemmeno una parte sarà recuperata da me.
Decido comunque di andare via indignato .

Frozen room like Siberia
Non-compliant staff
Air conditioner broken after almost an hour of operation and even worse the fact that if you try to heat the room the extra KW would have to be paid separately never heard of such a thing.
TV not tuned.
To close since after less than two hours of stay I decide to leave this nightmare, the reception informs me that the deposit given equal to three days of stay out of seven not even a part will be recovered by me.
However, I decide to leave indignantly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il lungo week end trascorso a Palermo è stato piacevolissimo anche e soprattutto per aver scelto il Marbela Apartments come location. L'appartamento, luminoso, pulito ed arredato con gusto è stato il piacevole conforto dalle lunghe passeggiate che hanno caratterizzato il soggiorno. La gentilezza e cura per gli ospiti hanno coronato quattro giorni che grazie anche al Marbela Apartaments spero di poter ripetere quanto prima.
the long weekend spent in Palermo was very pleasant also and above all for having chosen Marbela Apartments as a location. The bright, clean and tastefully furnished apartment was the pleasant comfort from the long walks that characterized the stay. The kindness and care for the guests crowned four days which, thanks also to Marbela Apartaments, I hope to be able to repeat them as soon as possible.
