Grazie.....e mille complimenti continuero' a gustare i vs. prodotti. Excellent figs ..... I have tasted of different crossed types, morsels, and others especially special and correct people I had a very small mistake and they solved it immediately. s	stefano caruso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel mese di Settembre, dopo che gli esperti contadini hanno finito il loro lavoro, i fichi secchi diventati bianchi vengono trasportati ad Amantea, cittadina situata sulla splendida costa tirrenica cosentina, nel laboratorio artigiano dei Fratelli Marano, che dal 1930 e da tre generazioni, si occupano con cura e con passione, di lavorare questo eccellente frutto della tradizione. Nel secondo dopoguerra, un po' in tutto il Sud Italia, ma soprattutto in Calabria, i fichi erano uno dei pochissimi dolci che la popolazione poteva permettersi. Erano considerati gli snack dell'epoca, molto più naturali e salubri rispetto a tanti altri dei giorni nostri. Spesso sostituivano addirittura il pane sulle tavole di molti. Oggi, grazie anche agli anni di sapiente lavoro dei Fratelli Marano, i fichi sono apprezzati e conosciuti in tutta Italia ed esportati all'estero. Durante i periodi dell'anno producono uova di Pasqua artigianali, colombe artigianali, panettoni di tutti generi. Alta specializzazione nella lavorazione dei fichi in tutte le versioni. Oggi qui a Milano in una delle tante Esselunga ho visto sui ripiani questa bellissima confezione di fichi e quando ho letto la loro provenienza li ho riposti subito nel mio carrello. Faccio i complimenti ai fratelli Marano per la da delicata e invitante confezione e poi che dire più.... quando li ho assaggiati da calabrese mio sono emozionato ritornando con il pensiero e il ricordo di sapori e usanze della mia amata Calabria❤️?. Grazie! They undoubtedly deserve more than five stars. Today here in Milan in one of the many Esselungas I saw this beautiful package of figs on the shelves and when I read their origin I immediately placed them in my cart. I congratulate the Marano brothers for the delicate and inviting packaging and then what to say more .... when I tasted them from my Calabrian I am excited returning with the thought and the memory of the flavors and customs of my beloved Calabria❤️?. È tutto buono lì nel negozio Marano di Amantea, provate anche il cioccolato Theobroma con granella di Pistacchio favoloso. I fichi giocondi sono i i miei preferiti si vede :) The photo speaks for itself, here the figs are fantastic one after another, it has been a fixed stop for some time. Everything is good there in the Marano di Amantea shop, also try the Theobroma chocolate with fabulous pistachio grains. The playful figs are my favorite you see :)
