★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. All'apparenza sembrano strutturati, accoglienti, preparati, ma il customer care è pessimo. Ho chiesto per 4 giorni di fila di poter parlare con il tecnico che ha avuto incarico il mio preventivo per poter capire meglio la diagnosi, ma non sono mai stato richiamato. Non rispettano gli impegni. Risultato? Speso soldi e tempo e macchina ancora da riparare.
 Bad experience. On the surface they seem structured, welcoming, prepared, but the customer care is bad. I asked for 4 days in a row to be able to speak with the technician who was in charge of my quote in order to better understand the diagnosis, but I was never called back. They fail to meet their commitments. Result? Spent money and time and car still to be repaired.

Risolto problema con iniettori GPL su auto appena fuori garanzia, con una spesa più che dimezzata rispetto al preventivo fatto dalla casa madre.
Competent, fast, kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scoperto per caso qualche anno fa per una avaria all'impianto Gpl. Continuo ad usufruire delle loro prestazioni con due macchine, dove sono sempre molto preparati ed onesti. Bravi!
Discovered by chance a few years ago due to a breakdown in the LPG system. I continue to take advantage of their services with two machines, where they are always very prepared and honest. Well done!
