All'interno della pineta che sale verso il paese vecchio, splendida vista sul mare e sulla costa verso Sanremo in particolare, vi si può osservare appena al di sotto la chiesetta del patrono Sant'Ampelio. Trasmette un'atmosfera esotica e fa immaginare epoche passate, in cui i cannoni (i tre qui presenti hanno persino dei nomi!) erano funzionanti e fondamentali per la difesa delle coste o anche solo per lanciare segnali. Climbing here is pleasant and it is certainly one of the places in Bordighera not to be missed to take away a souvenir photo. Inside the pine forest that rises towards the old town, with a splendid view of the sea and the coast towards Sanremo in particular, you can see just below the church of the patron saint Sant'Ampelio. K vidění je zde Marabutto Capo Ampelio o jehož vzniku se moc neví, není znám ani účel pro který byl postaven. Přesto je odsud krásný výhled a borový les okolo poskytuje příjemný stín v období nejvyšších teplot. After relaxing on the beach and having lunch at one of the local restaurants, I recommend climbing to the center of Bordighera through a park that can be seen from the road along the coast. You can see here Marabutto Capo Ampelio, whose origin is not well known, the purpose for which it was built is not known. Nevertheless, there is a beautiful view from here and the pine forest around provides pleasant shade during the highest temperatures.
