★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly provincial train station. No facilities of any kind. You may be able to buy water and soda, if you have cash on you. Not designed for people with mobility issues. I was so glad about our prebooked tickets, as I could see people having trouble with ticket machines. Usually, I’m sad when time comes to leave Italian cities, but I was very glad to leave Mantova behind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very easy to navigate through. Buses towards downtown pass just in front of the building and it takes less than 15 minutes to get there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not accessible at all. Very hard to access with suitcases, I feel sorry for whoever comes with a stroler or wheel chair... it will be a nightmare.
There is no locker service.
Staff don't speak English and are not helpful. They clearly don't give a d@mn.
