Di gran lunga superiore a tanti vini Franciacorta che hanno nomi altisonanti ma che non offrono la stessa delicatezza al palato e una bolla così fine ed educata.
Assolutamente da provare.
Ne sentiremo parlare sicuramente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mantì Franciacorta è stata davvero una grande scoperta. Azienda giovane ma che per me entra a pieno titolo tra i migliori Franciacorta. Identità ben definita e bollicine perfette perché fini, persistenti e di carattere. I profumi sono eleganti ma soprattutto molto equilibrati, segno di una lavorazione in cantina sapiente e poco incline alle mode. Non ho trovato un eccesso di zucchero o di freschezza e il sapore è quello naturale del vino ben fatto. Caratteristiche queste che per me ad oggi sono tutt’altro che scontate.

Mantì Franciacorta was truly a great discovery. A young company that for me is fully among the best Franciacortas. Well-defined identity and perfect bubbles because they are fine, persistent and full of character. The aromas are elegant but above all very balanced, a sign of a skilful workmanship in the cellar and not very inclined to fashions. I did not find an excess of sugar or freshness and the taste is the natural one of a well made wine. These characteristics are far from obvious to me today.
