Forse non è chiaro che non hanno a che fare con gente che sta giocando, ma che sta cercando lavoro.
Quindi perlomeno la cortesia e la correttezza nelle risposte sarebbe auspicabile.
Bad impression. Call for information: they are annoyed at the tones, evade questions, or argue that the matter is not within their competence.
Perhaps it is not clear that they are not dealing with people who are playing, but who are looking for work.
So at least courtesy and correctness in the answers would be desirable.
