Ma se ti fanno venire molte volte per aggiornare il curriculum la disponibilità è massima per ognuno di noi è questo non c'è nulla di male anzi , ma quando vedi diverse ripetute nel aggiornamento del cv giornate intere nel passare in ufficio in agenzia invece di capire le situazioni che questa persona non sta lavorando e intensificare la ricerca nel dovuto rispetto non c'è stato . Non sono l'unico che cerca è non sono l unico a pretendere con i tempi di oggi per rispetto di tutti, e poi dici"io cerco lavoro" lasciamo stare . Aggiornamento ad oggi avendo concluso il contratto in anticipo,con continui confronti(piu che altro ho cambiato per azienda utilizzatrice),dono state disponibili e hanno compreso la situazione,molte volte non dipende da Umana ma dalle aziende per cui prestate lavoro,confrontarsi in modo limpido,deciso ed educato porta a soddisfazioni da entrambe le parti,anche se non si trova feeling con le aziende che utilizzano i servizi di Umana. Tutto sommato in un anno di esperienza devo essere soddisfatto di Umana e lasciare un ottima recensione. Hanno sempre lavorato in modo onesto a volte sono le aziende che non comunicano in modo corretto e trasparente con Agenzia interinale e lavoratore,per quanto mi riguarda ho sempre trovato appoggio e persone che comprendono il lavoratore? Excellent experience, kind, helpful and transparent staff, good at matching job offer and demand.
