★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato contattato in maniera abbastanza arrogante ( atteggiamento del tipo : " è così o niente" ) per un colloquio presso Exide di Romano di Lombardia. Senza la sicurezza di essere assunto (contratto di 1 - 2 settimane più proroghe), sono stato costretto, per poter partecipare, a fare in fretta e furia una vaccinazione antitetanica ( che già ho fatto da bambino per legge) a spese e tempo miei. Dopo non avermi fatto sapere più nulla, mi sono candidato per un altra offerta lavorativa che si sarebbe dovuta svolgere nel comune in cui Risiedo e per una posizione in cui ho, seppur breve, esperienza. La signorina, del quale non faccio il nome perché sono io un signore, non si è degnata nemmeno di rispondere. Atteggiamento vergognoso, rispettate le persone che avete davanti e che cercano lavoro perché non conoscete la loro storia né lavorativa né di nulla. Questa è un agenzia per il lavoro? Ricordatevi che anche voi un giorno, all'improvviso, causa virus o altro, potreste non avere più il sedere al caldo!

I was approached in a rather arrogant way (attitude like: "it's like this or nothing") for an interview at Exide in Romano di Lombardia. Without the security of being hired (contract of 1 - 2 weeks plus extensions), I was forced, in order to participate, to hurry up a tetanus vaccination (which I already did as a child by law) at my own expense and time. After not letting me know anything more, I applied for another job offer that should have taken place in the municipality where I reside and for a position in which I have, albeit brief, experience. The young lady, whose name I do not mention because I am a gentleman, did not even deign to answer. Shameful attitude, respect the people in front of you who are looking for work because you do not know their history or work or anything. Is this an employment agency? Remember that one day, suddenly, due to viruses or other things, you may no longer have your butt in the heat!
Bureaucrats, paper passers and WORK PRECARIZERS.
