Non sono più cliente perché a Luglio 2018 mi hanno venduto un soggiorno in una struttura della Repubblica Dominicana dove avevamo i ratti in camera. Ho le prove di quello che dico e l'agenzia non ha fatto nulla per farmi avere un rimborso degno di questo nome dal tour operator (veratour). Ovviamente non mi rivedranno mai più. I have been a client of this travel agency for years. I am no longer a customer because in July 2018 they sold me a stay in a facility in the Dominican Republic where we had rats in the room. I have proof of what I say and the agency has done nothing to get me a refund worthy of the name from the tour operator (veratour). Obviously they will never see me again.

Il viaggio, organizzato benissimo, mi ha permesso di vedere proprio i luoghi che sognavo e, spesso, anche luoghi che normalmente non vengono proposti in viaggi organizzati. Un ringraziamento particolare a gli accompagnatori Marco e Matteo che hanno reso il viaggio una piacevole avventura tra amici. I recently returned from a Culturap trip to California in the footsteps of Native Americans. The trip, very well organized, allowed me to see just the places I dreamed of and, often, even places that are not normally offered on organized trips. A special thanks to the companions Marco and Matteo who made the trip a pleasant adventure among friends.

In una situazione di emergenza sanitaria non credo sia opportuno GARANTIRE la sicurezza che se dovesse esserci una quarantena al ritorno dal viaggio, tamponi, o altre procedure da fare, promettere che questa "proprietà" non ci avrebbe fatti partire o ci sarebbe stato un voucher di ritorno del valore del viaggio.. e nel momento in cui effettivamente questa quarantena c'è, la risposta è che se non ce la sentiamo di andare (anche per motivi di lavoro) c'è una penale da pagare o un cambio meta che vale la metà del viaggio magari già pagato. Non credo sia nemmeno opportuno consigliare mete a rischio, piuttosto che ritrovarsi in una situazione simile, cosa che purtroppo a noi è successa. E soprattutto sentirsi dire che è stata colpa nostra a non proporre mete e posti alternativi. In più, l'alternativa era cambio meta a qualche settimana dalla partenza a 50 euro a persona. Sennò penale. Non penso ne valga la pena. Absolutely not. In a health emergency situation I do not think it is appropriate to GUARANTEE the security that if there should be a quarantine on return from the trip, tampons, or other procedures to be done, promise that this "property" would not let us leave or there would be a voucher return of the value of the trip .. and when this quarantine actually exists, the answer is that if we don't feel like going (even for work reasons) there is a penalty to pay or a change of destination that is valid half of the trip perhaps already paid for. I don't think it is even appropriate to recommend risky destinations, rather than finding yourself in a similar situation, which unfortunately happened to us. And above all to be told that it was our fault for not proposing alternative destinations and places. In addition, the alternative was a change of destination a few weeks before departure for 50 euros per person. Otherwise criminal. I don't think it's worth it.

Mi somo ritrovata con uno staff preparato e attivo e un team di persone affiatato. Voto 10 su 10 ai due driveelr che ci hanno accompagnato con allegria e prontezza in tutti quei meravigliosi km. E stata un viaggio Incredibile che rifarei mille volte I have been with this company Culturap on a trip to amazing America as well as having visited unusual places that come out of a normal touristic tour, we had a precise organization and without wasting time.
