Il silenzio, i clienti che ordinatamente aspettano il loro turno... una bella atmosfera, accompagnata dal percettibile profumo di carta stampata. Due sono i piani, libri ovunque, disposti per bene. Il servizio è eccellente. Puntuali e chiari nelle informazioni: se si cerca un libro in particolare è a loro che ci si può rivolgere, poi quando il libro arriva giunge anche l'sms! Il sig.
