I	Ivan Madonia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I proprietari sono due "avventurieri" moderni, hanno trasformato quella che era una comune salumeria di paese in un nuovo tipo (per l'Italia) di locale, un posto dove puoi andare per cercare ingredienti per le tue ricette o degustare dei piatti semplici e non estremamente curati, ma sempre ed in ogni caso trovi materie prime di prima scelta, non un solo prodotto che viene venduto è lasciato al caso. La cosa più bella è che puoi mangiare come se fossi al ristorante e pagare come se fossi in salumeria. (Abbiano consumato del buon vino al tavolo ed abbiamo pagato la bottiglia pochi euro, meno del costo di un bicchiere in qualsiasi ristorante o pub).
