★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per chiedere se fosse disponibile un ricambio,ha risposto un Signora con modi molto scortesi e cafoni dicendomi di andare direttamente in negozio,ho spiegato alla Signora che se il ricambio fosse stato disponibile sarei andato immediatamente.Non ha voluto ascoltare ragioni dicendomi se vuoi vieni in negozio non ti dico per telefono la disponibilità.Molto probabilmente la Ditta è seria,ma con questa gente che risponde al telefono perdono di credibilità.Comunque ricambio trovato dopo pochi minuti c/o
altra officina con persone serie é disponibili.
I called to ask if a spare part was available, a lady answered with very rude and boorish ways telling me to go directly to the shop, I explained to the lady that if the spare was available I would go immediately. She did not want to listen to reasons telling me if you want come to the shop I don't tell you availability by phone. Most likely the company is serious, but with these people who answer the phone they lose credibility.
