★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Per chiedere un preventivo ho chiamato più volte senza ricevere risposta e senza essere richiamato. Ci sono andato di persona e in laboratorio ho trovato un ragazzo che mi ha garantito che sarei stato richiamato dal proprietario in tempi brevissimi.
Sono circa due mesi che attendo, intanto ho commissionato il lavoro ad un'altra ditta. Ritengo poco serio far perdere tempo a potenziali clienti, anche perché, dopo questa vicenda, non lo consiglierei sicuramente.
Bad experience. To ask for a quote, I called several times without receiving an answer and without being called back. I went there in person and in the laboratory I found a guy who guaranteed me that I would be called back by the owner in a very short time.
I have been waiting for about two months, in the meantime I have commissioned the work to another company. I consider it not very serious to waste potential customers time, also because, after this story, I would certainly not recommend it.
