★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great find! After 3 days in Milan, we decided we wanted something different. Seeing there was a Chinatown, we decided on Chinese and stumbled into Mandarin 2 for lunch. We were greeted by the owner, seated quickly, and given a menu in english! The fried wonton appetizer was light and airy. The salt and pepper shrimp was balanced to perfection. The veal with ginger & scallions, chicken with turnup greens as well as the shrimp with pine nuts and ginger were all cooked to perfection! If you are looking for an alternative to pasta, you must try Mandarin 2!

Incredibly professional and lovely staff, chefs included, their food is delicious, and if you're not sure about what to eat, the lady will create a special menu for you or create something new. You won't regret the experience!

We sat downstairs which is not as nice as the main floor—but much cooler and there was a nice atmosphere.
Service was fast and friendly without too much interference into our conversation. Good quality Chinese food with Italian influence. Very reasonably priced too!
