Abbiamo subito oltre 3 mesi di ritardo nella consegna del materiale ma questo è stato il minimo di tutto quello che abbiamo passato e stiamo passando. Continue bugie dal proprietario e dal commerciale di Roma. Dopo mesi di attesa dove pensavamo ci avessero truffati consegnano gli infissi ma il lavoro viene fatto in maniera grossolana, soglie e celetti non bianchi come previsto ma tendenti al colore blu, Serrande montate completamente storte, maniglie degli infissi che si staccano e finestre che non si chiudono bene. Altre mancanze che non sto qui a riferirvi perchè davvero troppe, ed hanno lasciato il lavoro a metà. Inoltre avevamo anche le zanzariere che non abbiamo mai visto. Nulla hanno fatto di quello concordato. per giorni spariscono senza rispondere al telefono. Risultato denunciati al Tribunale della Repubblica e inviato tutto il materiale alla trasmissione le Iene di Mediaset. Un consiglio spassionato non fatevi ingannare dalla bellezza del materiale sul loro sito...il risultato non è quello. Company absolutely to be avoided. I've never run into people like that. We suffered over 3 months of delay in delivering the material but this was the least of everything we have been through and are going through. Continuous lies from the owner and the Rome salesman. After months of waiting where we thought we had been scammed, they deliver the frames but the work is done in a rough way, thresholds and celetti not white as expected but tending to blue, shutters mounted completely crooked, window handles that come off and windows that do not they close well. Other shortcomings that I'm not here to tell you because really too many, and they left the job halfway. We also had mosquito nets which we have never seen. They did nothing of what they agreed. for days they disappear without answering the phone. Result reported to the Court of the Republic and sent all the material to the transmission Le Iene di Mediaset. A dispassionate advice do not be fooled by the beauty of the material on their site ... the result is not that.
