★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottime ceramiche colori unici,ci andavo spesso quando salivo a Lucca e il negozio era in piazza anfiteatro uniche davvero peccato poi si sia spostato e poi sapevo aveva chiuso, ora leggo da Google che ha riaperto,lo spero davvero, riguardo il sito web invece e poco funzionale ho inviato due mail ma niente nessuno risponde

Quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni hanno ammesso il loro errore nel lasciare sul sito la foto di un articolo vecchio che non hanno più in vendita, ma quando l'abbiamo restituito non ci hanno voluto rimborsare le spese di spedizione, come se fosse stato un errore nostro... Non comprate da loro, soprattutto non dallo shop online!
Zero professionalism ... We ordered an article on the site in light green with stripes, it arrived in solid dark green. When we asked for an explanation they admitted their mistake in leaving a photo of an old item on the site that they no longer have for sale, but when we returned it they didn't want to refund the shipping costs, as if it were our mistake. .. Do not buy from them, especially not from the online shop!
