Fuori molto bello, interno camere discrete, ma bagni da rimodernare, cucina (comune) sporca , ma noi non ne abbiamo usufruito solo usato il frigo per rinfrescare qualche bottiglia d'acqua. Siamo rimasti 1 sola notte ma ripartendo mentre cercavo una ciabatta finita sotto il letto ho trovato il vuoto di un rotolo di carta igienica ... Perciò la pulizia lascia piuttosto a desiderare...

Considerando esigenze di carattere personale, dopo la prenotazione effettuata tramite booking, ho contattato la struttura per chiedere se il bagno fosse in camera oppure no. La struttura, se proprio così vogliamo chiamarla, mi assicurava che mi avrebbe riservato una camera con bagno interno e che, l’unica con bagno esterno, era già riservata per altri ospiti. Arrivati in struttura, SOLO DOPO IL PAGAMENTO, ci veniva comunicato che la camera era quella con bagno esterno. Si fa presente che, poiché non avevamo altre soluzioni, abbiamo dovuto accettare con riserva e, dopo esserci resi conto che sarebbe stato difficile avere il bagno esterno per il resto della vacanza, abbiamo contattato via whatsapp la struttura senza MAI ricevere risposta. Inoltre, bella mossa quella di scampare alla recensione certificata di Booking. Ma vabbè… Inoltre, la struttura - si presenza in scarse condizioni igienico- sanitarie; - il frigo in comune, si presentava davvero sporco; - il bidone della spazzatura sito in cucina, veniva svuotato raramente ed emanava un cattivo odore relativo agli avanzi di cibo; - All’arrivo in loco, il bagno non presentava la carta igienica, nè un porta spazzolino, ma presentava la cabina doccia rotta ed il pomello del lavandino malfunzionante; - La camera, molto spaziosa, si presentava in pessime condizioni igienico- sanitarie, polvere sulla testiera del letto e nell’armadio. Copriletto, assolutamente e sicuramente non sostituito, lenzuola pulite; - La camera, non è mai stata pulita durante i 6 giorni, solo rifatta il martedì ; peccato che rifare il letto ad una stanza, non equivale a pulire! - Pareti sporche e chiazze di sangue relative all’uccisione di zanzare - Nessun punto della villa in cui si potesse stendere biancheria o teli mare! Abbiamo dovuto stenderli sulle sedie poste nel cortile! - Quella cucina, credetemi, era in evidente stato di abbandono e non è mai stata pulita. C’erano pentole accantonate sul lavello che emanavano un cattivissimo odore. - Nei mobili della cucina poi? Un disordine e polvere! Tanta polvere! Tutto quanto scritto nella presente recensione, è documentabile da foto e video. Cordialità.

Great place with a welcoming host! Entrance to the area is on the other side of the road. You need to enter the gate and walk a bit longer. Highly recommend this place!

Appalling place inside with a beautiful garden outside. Booked 5 nights including breakfast sand arrived to be told there were no breakfasts. I was initially told this was because the ceiling had collapsed, but was then shown the fully repaired kitchen ceiling. It was then said that the reason was covid. But there were no restrictions in place which would mean offering breakfast was prohibited, and they were on offer everywhere else. I did manage to get 10% back of the management. I also booked an ensuite bathroom, but it was down the corridor. On the first day Instepped into the (dirty) shower and the door fell off in my hands. I spent the rest of my stay balancing it in place to stop the room flooding. Management had no interest in even attempting to repair it. A previous review on google leads me to believe it's not a new issue either. My room was on the ground floor near to reception. The entrance door to the hotel needs to be slammed to close it, which means you will be woken as if a bomb has gone off all night, until the last guest has come home and slammed it for the final time. The lights in the garden are on all night, the curtains are not lined. The room was therefore extremely light all night. Bring earplugs and an eye mask if you want to get any sleep at all. The walls of the room have blood spatters and smears marking the untimely deaths of numerous mosquitoes. The doors and light switch areas are dirty and belie the suggestion that extra "covid-19 cleaning measures" are taking place. Finally, the hotel is in a compound behind a barred and spiked gate. You need to use your mobile phone to call a number and get the gate to open. What happens if your phone runs out before you get home, or you don't have one? Don't ask me. Once inside the compound, you will be serenaded by dogs eager to tear you limb from limb, from behind the barred gates of the other properties inside. I'm a dog owner and lover, but it's pretty unnerving walking back to the hotel in the evening. If you had nervous small children I imagine they'd be terrified. I felt quite lucky to get my 10% back for the missing breakfasts. The manager arranged to meet me for checkout at 10am and sort it out, then didn't show up. I therefore took the keys with me when I left to go into town and messaged him to come at midday. Miraculously, he did appear at 12pm. Otherwise I would have taken them with me and only mailed them back when I got my money. Basically this hotel ruined my trip and I couldn't wait to get home.
