B & B Mondello Resort Villa Dena

Professionalism and courtesy - B&B Mondello Resort has thought of every detail. An invigorating oasis of calm and relax in chaotic Mondello Beach. Elegant and comfortable rooms, a super selection at breakfast, extremely helpful staff - and the pool? Perfect. An absolute must to invigorate yourself between tourist excursions.

I just came back from a 4 night stay here with my wife. What an amazing vacation with all the little details covered. We wanted a mix of summer beach holiday instilled with some Palermo historic culture so this was perfect. Robert is an amazing host. He made us feel us as if we were in his home. The Villa is located in an lavish street in an upscale Mondello area just 12 minute walk away from the beach. We were told beforehand about this distance and it was clear on the website and so there was no misalignment in expectations. With the bikes that Robert offers free to his guests it becomes a fun 3 minute bike away alongside Mondello's leafy streets. You should also know that the closest place to grab food is around a 7 minute walk. The room is spacious, clean and bright and airy. It has a private balcony overlooking so many trees and you can see some an imposing mountain on the skyline. The bathroom is also big and clean. The breakfast is just a few steps away from the room and is very good. We would divide our time between the hustle of the beach and the serenity of the pool here. It;'s very quiet, very leafy with jasmine flowers and other beautiful flowers hovering all over the garden. The place is a quintessential Sicilian experience and we are so glad we did not opt to stay in a chaotic small flat in Palermo. So much better to enjoy the day and beach here and spend a few hours on a day or 2 in Palermo and return back here. In addition to all the amenities and amazing features, the real gem was Robert. Besides being very nice and welcoming, his insider tips on what to do in Mondello and Palermo and where to eat was amazing. He listened and understood exactly what we wanted and what kind of food we liked and gave us the perfect itinerary for both Palermo and Mondello and even suggested the walking route. I had a particular interest in a historical element in Palermo and Robert told me how to find it which I'm sure without him would have been very hard. If you book here, you do not need to worry about planning beforehand what to do and where to eat in Mondello and Palermo - Robert being the local expert that he is will exceed your expectations with his insight. Adriano the taxi driver sent by Robert was also a highlight of the vacation. An extremely nice gentleman with amazing local tips. I strongly recommend you use his services. Do not rely on taxi from the airport or a bus. All in all - perfetto! Would definitely come here again.

My wife and I came to the Mondello Resort Dena b&b on our honeymoon for 5 nights and we will never forget our stay there. Our room was exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. The amenities were excellent. Luxurious clean towels, soaps and creams. The atmosphere was luxurious and romantic. There were free bikes we could use to ride to the beach just a few minutes away. There was a nice pool that was surrounded by green tropical plants and trees. The breakfast was made fresh every morning, like fruits, eggs, different breads, homemade baked pies and cakes. Many choices of delicious food, coffee, juices and as much as you want to eat or drink. The owner provided us with excellent service, above and beyond what we expected. His recommendations were execellent and we could trust him. I felt he was honest and really cares about the people coming to his b&b. I would highly recommend this place for anyone to stay at. We will come back in the future! I rate this as a perfect 5 star!

Mondello Bed and Breakfast was excellent. Our room was top notched with updated décor. The grounds are just beautiful. The staff were all so friendly and eager to help with anything. Breakfast was also grand with many choices and beautifully presented. Robert was so helpful in planning our activities and his recommendations for dining were always spot-on. Loved this place and would highly recommend it!!

What a fabulous place - far more than a b&b. I loved everything about it. Robert, his wife, and all the staff were so friendly. The room was spotless, huge walk-in shower, lovely little private balcony, free water, soft drinks and beer in the fridge. The pool was great with plenty of shade, showers and more free drinks. Several great restaurants in easy walking distance, Whenever you want a taxi, ask for Adriano. He was lovely. He provides excellent airport transfer. We also hired him for a trip to Segesta and he showed us so many other fabulous places along the way. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to everyone for a fabulous few days. I will be back. Ciao!

On driving distance from Palermo is this lovely villa, with swimming pool. It's on walking distance from the sea. You can hear the birds sing in the morning. Absolutely great breakfast and super friendly staff. Owner really made us feel welcome, delivered great service and was sharing tips to make sure our time in Palermo was fantastic. Rooms are lovely too with great bathrooms.

This place is special because of the B&B with spacious rooms, luxe and very big balcony with comfortabele chairs. Large pool more than big enough for 5 rooms with 10 beds, shower, drinks available. But what this place makes a must is Robert, the owner . He welcomes you and serves you in such a warm way with so much passion, it is unbelievable. We also used the bikes a lot and this way we saw a lot of the earea which is pretty. Not to far from the beach, walking is ok, otherwise take one of the bikes, free of charge. We will be back for sure!! Lovely place with lovely people.

We received a warm welcome from Robert and his team. The property is located on a quiet dead end street that also leaves one reassured to leave the car there. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The premises are very clean and inviting. The pool area secluded and private. The breakfast was wonderful. Even our anyways high expectations on a, primarily savory, breakfast were surpassed. Any wish expressed has been fulfilled far beyond which was to be expected. Anytime again, thank you Robert!
