Ottima la pinsa romana, in particolare il suo impasto. Very nice place in the center of Chieti Alta, small but cozy. I recommend it for the assortment of craft beers that the place owns. Excellent the Roman grip, in particular its dough.

Naturalmente per le birre abbiamo optato per il bis...molto buone. Un arrivederci a presto e consiglio questo locale per la posizione strategica del locale in pieno centro storico di Chieti. Grazie ? Il locale in teoria avrebbe tutti gli elementi per essere stiloso (ottima posizione, arredamento particolare, bella struttura, gestione giovane ecc..) ma in pratica ha poca personalità: è ancora un po' "indefinito" , incompleto. A livello estetico bisognerebbe dargli uno stile più deciso e armonioso: trovo che gli spazi non siano sfruttati al meglio e non penso che qualche tavolo ricavato da vecchie persiane e sedie colorate e differenti siano sufficienti a creare un ambiente di carattere, manca qualcosa, un collante che possa valorizzare il tutto...ma il potenziale c'è, sfruttatelo! Per quanto riguarda i panini, nella media... Anche in questo campo si potrebbe migliorare, magari scegliendo prodotti artigianali e di migliore qualità (personalmente cambierei il tipo di pane). Buon assortimento di birre, servizio regolare. Spero di poter lasciare 5 stelle la prossima volta! Not bad, but it could improve. Aesthetically, it should be given a more decisive and harmonious style: I find that the spaces are not exploited to the fullest and I don't think that some table made from old shutters and colored and different chairs are sufficient to create an environment of character, something is missing, a glue that can enhance everything ... but the potential is there, exploit it! As for the sandwiches, on average ... Even in this field it could be improved, perhaps by choosing artisanal and better quality products (personally I would change the type of bread). Good assortment of beers, regular service. Hope to be able to leave 5 stars next time!

Un tagliere piccolo 5 euro.. Birra 500ml 5 euro.. Patatine fritte 3 euro.. Little attention to detail .. Considering that there were two of us, I would have appreciated an extra slice of salami .... Non abbiamo voluto parlare con lei perchè non c'era a detta della cameriera. Hamburger with sandwich served cold never happened such a thing.
