Vorrei esprimere, anche come consiglio, la mia delusione in merito al prezzo finale. È stata la seconda volta da voi, richiedendo lo stesso trattamento della prima: stesso risultato, ma tempo e prezzo raddoppiato (considerato che non ho richiesto ne piega ne taglio, ma solo dei colpi di luce). Io apprezzo la qualità dei prodotti, ma se richiedo un preventivo via telefono mi aspetto che se durante il procedimento si aggiungano trattamenti e conseguentemente il prezzo aumenti, mi si venga richiesto ed esplicitato, il che non significa mostrarmi che prodotto si sta utilizzando ma specificare che è un trattamento a parte. Mia colpa è stata non richiedere in itinere, aspettandomi facesse parte del procedimento normale, così come avrei potuto pretendere spiegazioni nel momento del pagamento invece che andarmene frettolosamente. Ripeto che non dubito delle competenze, ma penso che se fossero state combinate anche con trasparenza sarebbe stata un'esperienza più piacevole I state that I am satisfied with the result and I am convinced it is due to excellent skills, but I will not return to this salon because I felt teased. La loro priorità è la salute del capello anche su trattamenti fashion che porterebbero a stressarlo e rovinarlo. Effettuo da 9 anni la contropermanente e il mio capello ha mantenuto salute e lucentezza. Non farei questo trattamento da nessuna altra parte. Precisi nel taglio anche per uomo e bambino. Non si possono definire a buon prezzo, ma per i motivi sopra citati, la spesa vale la pena. Il clima è friendly, ma mai entrante e anche questo non è da tutti.
