Appena si arriva alla malga ti trovi in un luogo incredibile a parer mio tra i più belli del trentino The path to get here is simple and relaxing. Per quanto riguarda il formaggio, forse non sono stato fortunato, ma non l'ho trovato per niente fantastico, eccessivamente salato, spaccato all'interno (il formaggio stagionato) e dubbia la valutazione peso/prezzo. Peccato. The location is fantastic. Consigliato anche per chi non va spesso in montagna essendo un sentiero sempre pianeggiante con dislivello minimo. D'obbligo è la sosta alla malga per prendere qualche formaggio artigianale. Trekking along the Val di Fumo absolutely to do. Breathtaking views. Also recommended for those who do not often go to the mountains as it is always a flat path with a minimum difference in height. A stop at the malga is a must to get some artisan cheese.

Sembra di essere in un altro posto. Partendo dalla diga di Malga Bissina è possibile fare anche bouldering lungo la strada. Unfortunately we were unable to taste the cheeses because the Malga was closed but I advise everyone to visit this beautiful valley. It seems to be in another place. Starting from the Malga Bissina dam it is also possible to do bouldering along the road.

I prezzi sono superiori rispetto a altre malghe che o visitato. Ho trovato in vendita varie cose che sicuramente non sono state prodotte lì.
