★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr wenig Info bei der Abwicklung. Hat ewig gedauert, bis es los ging. Kaution konnte plötzlich nicht vollständig zurückgebucht werden. Ein Cent wurde belastet. Nicht schlimm, aber bei jedem Kunde 1 cent...so kommt man auch an sein Geld. Die Abgabe hat auch wieder ewig gedauert mit vielen Formularen und keine Erklärung dazu, was man alles unterschreibt. In Torri Bei der Vermietung lief das viel unkomplizierter und weniger Kaution. Ohne Belastung.

Nach einer persönlichen Reservierung vor Ort stellte sich am Miet-Tag heraus, dass meine Reservierung auf den falschen Tag notiert war. Einen Roller gab es also leider nicht, nur den Hinweis auf andere Anbieter im Nachbarort.
Wer hier mieten will sollte vorher wissen: es ist eine Kaution von 500-800€ in bar oder mit Karte (Rückbuchung dauert laut Aussage der Mitarbeiter aber wohl bis zu 14 Tage) notwendig.
Da ich nun nicht mieten konnte, kann ich nur sagen: was ich an Fuhrpark gesehen habe, sah reichlich ramponiert aus. Da hätte ich bei einem der teureren Anbieter in der Umgebung mehr erwartet.
